Live and In Person: Anya Bast and Friends
If you're in the Lexington, Kentucky area on March 27, do I have a treat for you! An in-store book signing featuring some great authors.
Date: Friday, March 27, 2009, 6:00-8:00 PM:
Location: Barnes & Noble Booksellers, 1932 Pavilion Way, Lexington, KY (I-75 & Man O’War)
AUTHORS ATTENDING
Jan Scarbrough
Maddie James
Magdalena Scott
Sheryl Brennan
Sloan Seymour
Teresa Reasor
Tracy Preston
Sophia Danu
Anya Bast
Tia Fanning
Renee Vincent
This is apparently part of a whole weekend of writerly goodness. I found this information on Anya Bast's blog, and there's more via this link.
I'm a big fan of group booksignings. You get to meet your favorite authors while being exposed to new folk, too. No, you don't have to buy a book from each author (or ANYone, for that matter) -- but they'll be glad if you do!
If you're in the area, come on out and show some support for a hard-working bunch of really good authors. Tell Anya I said hello.
