The NDD Book
Nutrition's an important thing. And now famed Dr. Sears has something to say about it in his book, The NDD Book: How Nutrition Deficit Disorder Affects Your Child's Learning, Behavior, and Health, and What You Can Do About It - Without Drugs.
(Holy smoke. If you're trying to read that book title, I hope YOU don't have ADD. Of course, with a title THAT long, you just might by the time you're done slogging through there!)
It's an interesting concept, isn't it? Studies have shown that being out in nature help relieve some symptoms of ADD. And now to feed our bodies properly... yeah. It makes sense to me.
But what do I know? I'm just some hack writer.
(Apologies to anyone who just made beverages come out their noses.)
You can check out this book thanks to Merry Weather. She's got two copies to share with friends in the US and Canada. Let me know if the book is easier to read than its title!
Use this link before June 7.
