The Professors' Wives' Club
Woo hoo! That book title is even punctuated correctly!
I got an e-mail just now that our name was passed on by another Win a Book regular. Thanks, guys. Personal referrals make us feel like a million bucks.
Redlady at Redlady's Reading Room has only been blogging for a few months now, but she knows how to make a splash: she got author Joanne Rendell to donate an autographed copy of Ms. Rendell's new books, The Professors' Wives' Club.
Redlady may be new to blogging, but she's savvy. Her review is right below the contest, and she provides a link to the author's website. Nice moves, both -- the more information we readers have about a book and an author, the better able we are to judge if this is up our alley (although I see time and again that many of you are pleasantly surprised by some of the books you encounter. More power to you guys for that!).
This is a US/Canada only contest, due to shipping costs. (Really, when will the Post Office realize that all that talk of the world being one isn't just hype?)
You have until Sunday September 21. Check Redlady's blog for ways to earn extra chances to win; one of them is really quite interesting.
