News about a Favorite Author
Check out this blog post from Angie Fox, author of The Accidental Demon Slayer.
She's cracked the NYT Best-seller list at #34.
Go on over and offer her your congratulations. That's no small feat for a debut author -- and she very possibly owes a lot of thanks to you guys, who helped created the right-around-publication buzz of her book.

You're 100% right, Susan. I believe word of mouth played a huge part in helping this book reach as many readers as it has. A big thank you to you and to your readers.
Our pleasure, Angie.
In part, this goes to show the power of the book blogger. While other media outlets (and some authors) are bemoaning the loss of newspaper book reviews, savvy authors like yourself are taking it right to the reader. Smart move. I hope many more authors follow suit.
